MAKE A SPLASH! AT YOUR NEXT FUNDRAISER!

Splash! is a perfect fit for fundraising events. The organization not only gets the unique entertainment value and Splash! performance, but also keeps the artwork for no additional cost to help raise funds for their cause. The Splash! performance and the paintings are always a huge hit and do very well at auction. Our goal is to help the organization raise as much money for the paintings with our premium entertainment and the amazing quality of the finished art work

We are unique because it is rare to have a premium entertainment act be able to offer the tangible fundraising ability that our performances create! The organization must be non-profit in order to qualify for the special fundraising pricing.

PERFORMANCE

· Each performance of a painting is choreographed to music
· Fun and educational audience interactions feature information about the animal painted.
· Interactions can be added between paintings or before or after each painting
· Each painting takes an average of 10 minutes



Paintings can be performed in a variety of formats, including:

· In a sequence – one after another with no break
· Planned at different intervals throughout the event
· With or without a planned audience interaction
· “In concert” with another act; Splash! has performed with bands, choirs and dance troupes
· As a stand alone point of unique entertainment

 

FUNDRAISER PRICING OPTIONS


We offer three different options. All options include both the performance and the paintings:


OPTION 1: $4,000

This package is regularly priced at $10,400 and includes:

· One Splash! artist performing three paintings

· Three Splash! paintings on stretched canvas for the organization to keep and auction for fundraising purposes.

· Travel/shipping costs outside of San Diego County must be reimbursed

 

 

OPTION 2: $2,000 plus 50% of the proceeds from the auction of the paintings


This package is regularly priced at $10,400 and includes:

· One Splash! artist performing three paintings

· Three Splash! paintings on stretched canvas for the organization to keep and auction for fundraising purposes

· Paintings MUST be auctioned on the same day/evening as the performance

· Travel/shipping costs outside of San Diego County must be reimbursed

 

OPTION 3: 80% of the proceeds from the auction of up to ten paintings

· Up to two Splash! artist performing multiple paintings

· All Splash! paintings on stretched canvas for the organization to keep and auction for fundraising purposes

· Paintings MUST be auctioned on the same day/evening as the performance

· Travel/shipping costs outside of San Diego County must be reimbursed


TRAVEL COSTS

Travel expenses are required to destinations outside of San Diego county. Splash! will pay for travel expesnses and bill client for reimbursement. The client may also set up the travel arrangements. Receipts and expense reports will be provided to client within thirty days after the event date.

Travel and shipping expenses include:

· Coach class tickets for artists and crew members

· Hotel accommodations

· Meals - per diem

· Shipping costs – depending upon number of canvases this can vary

· Rental car or transportation to and from venue (or we can rent the car)
